Rafid Automotive Solutions Company announced the change of its number to 80092 for receiving reports of minor traffic accidents

NewsRafid Automotive Solutions Company, in collaboration with the General Command of Sharjah Police, has announced that it would henceforth accept reports of minor traffic accidents at 80092. The purpose of this upgrade is to improve the speed at which minor accident reports can be processed, offer phone support, and streamline the process of getting additional connected services.
Rafid works on handling small collisions by performing examinations and inspections, assessing the situation, and figuring out what kind of report the law requires. Rafid offers a range of services, including tire and battery replacement and emergency gasoline delivery.
As part of their combined efforts to enhance public services, Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, and Ahmed Juma Al Musharrekh, Chief Officer of Rafid, along with several officers and officials from both parties, launched the new number.
Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi emphasized during the unveiling that Sharjah Police and Rafid Automotive Solutions are working to improve their readiness to offer exceptional services to clients as soon as possible, and that the new number is a part of that endeavor. The objective of this effort is to enhance customer satisfaction by improving performance quality and traffic safety on the emirate's roadways.
The Rafid Contact and Control Center is open twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. They can be reached via the Rafid app, which is accessible on all smartphone application platforms, or by phoning 80092.
