One Zaabeel won the category for the Best Tall Building in the Middle East Africa 2024 presented by the CTBUH

One Za’abeel won the category for the Best Tall Building in the Middle East & Africa 2024, presented by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). Additionally, One Za’abeel entered the global rankings, emerging victorious in the 300 meters and above category of Best Tall Building in 2024.

One Za'abeel consists of two skyscrapers connected by The Link, a world record-breaking structure. 

One&Only resorts have established themselves and opened a five-star hotel at the location in addition to providing a variety of business space. 

The world's longest infinity pool, Tapasake, is located inside the One&Only One Za'abeel. Here, you may enjoy a sun-filled day or perhaps stop by for supper or a nighttime glass of grape as the stars shine. A vast array of dining alternatives is available as well, ranging from the Middle Eastern restaurant Arrazuna to the Sphere.
