New public parking subscription service in Sharjah; one-month personal membership that covers two zones of their choice

Sharjah launched a new public parking subscription service on Monday to improve the services offered to locals and companies. This enables anyone to have a one-month personal membership that covers two zones of their choosing. 

The new subscription adds to the array of current choices available to both people and businesses. The government's dedication to increasing urban mobility and simplifying services is demonstrated by this initiative.

Upon activation, a subscription includes a paid parking service that gives the subscriber—a person or an organization—the ability to utilise public parking spots in Sharjah city by the terms of the subscription. Depending on the kind of subscription, there are different costs.

Personal parking for all areas in Sharjah City:

Only UAE citizens who are retired, aged, or live in paid parking zones, government workers in Sharjah City, students, social service recipients, and holders of a Waffer card or Homeland Protectors card are eligible for the extraordinary parking subscription category.

• Emirates ID
• Trade license (for Commercial Subscriptions)
• Discount Eligibility Proof (for Exceptional Subscriptions)

For those who are determined, Sharjah provided free parking memberships last year. This programme encouraged a more welcoming and accessible atmosphere in public areas while making parking easier for them.
