Mall entrance to access the Mall of Emirates metro station in Dubai will be temporarily restricted

This week, the mall entrance will be temporarily restricted to access to the Mall of the Emirates metro station in Dubai.

The Civil Defence was practicing a mall-wide evacuation on that day, which is why the mall will be closed. A notice alerting travellers to the temporary closure of the mall's metro entrance was up outside the entrance on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, beginning at 8:30 a.m.

The sign said that admission and exit to the metro from the mall entrance would be closed "until further notice" at the specified hour. 

Passengers will still be able to utilise the elevator that leads up to the walkway entry.
