The airline said on Monday, March 17, that it will soon be introducing stylish, renovated aircraft on three flights from DXB to Riyadh.
The second and third daily flights will now be served by the renovated aircraft, which was first delivered to the city in October 2024 aboard a modified Boeing 777.
With all flights operated by the new 777s, Riyadh will be the first city in the GCC to do so.
The second daily flight that has been retrofitted will start operating on Sunday, March 30, 2025. The new aircraft will be used by Emirates on its third service starting on Wednesday, May 7, for six weekly flights. On Monday, August 11, it will be deployed every day.
The premium economy class has been rearranged within the renovated aircraft to make the most of available space. Changes have also been made to the business class cabin to guarantee that every seat has direct aisle access.
The upgraded economy class cabin and first class suites are other features of Emirates' renovated aircraft.
Using both Boeing 777s and A380s, Emirates currently operates 72 weekly flights to Saudi Arabia from four distinct airports.
