The Dubai Crown Prince gave his approval to a number of projects and actions aimed at quickly lessening the effects of the extreme weather in the emirate. A committee to promptly assess all requests from Emirati citizens impacted by the heavy rains was established by the Crown Prince of Dubai. The committee will decide how best to handle these requests, giving the impacted people' homes' repairs and rehabilitation top priority.

In order to hasten the return of normalcy to all of the communities that the developers oversee, Sheikh Hamdan also gave the Dubai Land Department and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) instructions to work together with property developers.

All residential management companies and real estate developers will offer the following services at no additional charges. It includes providing alternative housing to weather-affected residents, distributing food to affected communities, offering comprehensive pest control services, enhancing security to ensure resident safety, helping with the return of residential properties, including interior cleaning services, keeping an eye on and recording rain-related damages during the insurance coverage period, and assisting with the assessment of potential risks to properties.

The Department of Economy and Tourism, the Roads and Transport Authority, the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the Dubai Municipality, and the Community Development Authority of Dubai are also members of the committee. In order to ensure that the needs and concerns of the individuals impacted by the recent rains are met effectively and efficiently, the committee is entrusted with receiving requests from those citizens and responding to them as soon as possible.
