A new executive council will formed for Dubai; headed by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid and his deputies

It was announced on Wednesday that the emirate of Dubai will create a new executive council. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed, Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed, and Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed will serve as the council's deputies to Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid. 

A council for strategic matters led by Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum will also be established. 

The UAE's vice president, prime minister, and ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, claims that the councils' establishment will "raise the quality of life in the city."
