The Airbus A330neo uses 25% less fuel and emits 25% less CO2 per passenger than aircraft from earlier generations. The airline has created a plan that accounts for operational procedures that are as efficient as possible, the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) in an amount equivalent to 0.5% of the fuel required for flights, and the complete offsetting of emissions that cannot be eliminated by taking part in a CO2 reduction project that has earned a Gold Standard certification.
