New Strategic Plan 2023-2025 launched by Knowledge Fund Establishment in Dubai; aims to enhance the emirates status as a leading hub for knowledge investments

The Knowledge Fund Establishment in Dubai has unveiled its Strategic Plan 2023–2025, which is intended to strengthen the emirate's position as a major regional centre for knowledge investments. The strategy fits in with Dubai's ambitions for future growth and its initiatives to promote sustainable economic growth, use talent, and encourage innovation.

The vision and mission statements of the 2023–25 Strategic Plan, "Leading Investment in Knowledge" and "Develop and Maintain a Sustainable Investment Portfolio to Support the Growth of the Knowledge Sector in Dubai," respectively, serve as a guide for the plan's goals.

The three key topics of the strategy are the administration of educational initiatives, asset allocation for education, and sustainability of investment portfolios.

The Knowledge Fund Establishment seeks to build an investment portfolio that contributes to the sustainability and diversification of investment sources under the first topic of investment portfolio sustainability. The emirate's educational system will be developed and supported by the investment portfolio's educational activities.

The Establishment aims to improve investment prospects in the education and knowledge industry and further entice investors from across the world under the second subject, educational asset allocation. The organisation aims to provide a compelling value proposition for investments in the educational assets of the emirate, including lands and buildings set aside by the government to suit the requirements of the education sector and advance the strategic goals of the emirate.

The Knowledge Fund Establishment seeks to create a competitive educational environment that promotes creativity and innovation and enables various community members, including students, parents, and teaching staff, to take advantage of the unrivalled opportunities provided by the educational initiatives and projects that the Establishment is a part of, such as Dubai Schools and the Knowledge Fund Establishment. This is done under the third theme of the new strategy, educational initiatives management. By making it simpler for them to benefit from the government's efforts, the Establishment will play a crucial part in increasing the emirate's appeal to suppliers of education services.
