Dubais RTA completes maintenance works on 67,816 traffic and directional signs across Dubai over six months

Over six months in 2023, Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) finished maintaining 67,816 traffic and directing signs around the city. The work involved corrective repair for 10,665 signs around Dubai as well as preventative maintenance for 57,151 signs.

The projects intended to make traffic signs more sustainable, efficient, and long-lasting. The main goal is to guarantee that the information on the signs is visible and clear. This will facilitate traffic flow and user movement, which is in line with RTA's mission to become a global leader in sustainable and easy mobility.
