He also invited everyone to enjoy the celebratory atmosphere of this momentous national event, which is dear to the hearts of the Emirati community and citizens of the United Arab Emirates. He listed the requirements as forbidding the customary marches and random gatherings, that revellers adhere to traffic laws and police orders, that party spray not be used by drivers, passengers or pedestrians, that the front or rear number plate not be blurred, that the vehicle's colour not be altered, that the windscreen not be darkened or tinted, and that no stickers, signs or logos of any kind be placed on the vehicle other than Federation Day posters that comply with the rules and condition
He continued by saying that other requirements included not packing the car with more people than is allowed, not opening the windows or sunroof at any point, not giving the car noise materials, not adding anything illegal to the engine chassis, not blocking traffic, not blocking other people from using the road, not performing show movements on internal and external roads, not covering the front and side glass of the car with stickers, and not adding a front solar panel.
He underscored the significance of refraining from hoisting foreign flags, save for the United Arab Emirates', and refraining from playing musical selections and anthems on occasions other than Federation Day. He also issued a warning to decorating store owners, saying that they are not allowed to display any flags or posters other than the United Arab Emirates flag or posters honouring Federation Day.
Any vehicle that disobeys these guidelines would be considered a violation and confiscated, as Al-Harthy mentioned. Additionally, it would be deemed a violation for stores to not follow the rules and directions.
