The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai is giving 350 exotic number plates with three, four, or five numbers for private and historic automobiles. The plates are available for cars with the following codes: (A-H-I-J-K-L-M-N-O-P-Q-R-S-T-U-V-W-Y). The super licencing plates (M 535), (T 451), (L 69069), (A 50052), (V 1107), (V 5567), (T 2223), and (R 33434) are among the plates on offer at this 72nd online auction.
Bidder registration for this online auction began on Monday, July 24, and the bidding procedure will begin at 8 a.m. on Monday, July 31, according to RTA. The auction is only open for five days.
The sale of licence plates at this auction is subject to a 5% VAT. Each bidder must open a Traffic File in Dubai, place a security cheque in the amount of Dh5,000 made payable to RTA, and pay a non-refundable participation fee of Dh120. Payment may be paid in person at the Customer Happiness Centres in Umm Al Ramool, Al Barsha, and Deira, by credit card, via the RTA's website, or via the Dubai Drive app.
