Dubais RTA has launched a Premium Customer Card for distinguished corporate and individual clients

Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has introduced a Premium Customer Card intended for prestigious individual and corporate customers. This measure is consistent with RTA's objective to improve every customer's pleasure and contentment with the services offered at RTA's customer happiness centres around Dubai. 

RTA's Premium Customer Card programme aims to increase customer satisfaction by providing services that benefit people, businesses, and other entities within Dubai's commercial community. It aligns with the government's mission to promote welfare in society and well-being in all spheres, by giving holders access to a variety of special advantages and services.

Through a link message to their smartphones, RTA began distributing the Premium Customer Card to its valued clients. In order to receive a wide range of advantages, owners of this digital card must show it at RTA service locations. Under the first batch, 40,000 clients have gotten this card thus far. It is expected to be distributed later batches soon.

Fast Track access to services at RTA locations, prompt call centre response to questions, special car inspection and registration services, and invitations to attend different RTA events are just a few of the advantages available to Premium Customer Card users. These kinds of incentives strengthen relationships with clients and increase their allegiance to RTA.

The Premium Customer Card is awarded to those patrons who regularly participate in RTA activities and surveys as well as to those gratifying patrons who originate and suggest innovative ideas meant to support the ongoing enhancement of services through a variety of channels. Customers' requirements and expectations of RTA's services and delivery channels were determined by analysing their demographic and behavioural tendencies, which served as a basis for the Premium Cards' issuance.
