Dubai titled the cleanest city in the world according to the Global Power City Index

NewsAccording to the Global Power City Index, Dubai is officially the cleanest city in the world for the fifth year in a row.
The Mori Memorial Foundation in Japan publishes the Global Power City Index (GPCI), which rates and assesses the world's largest cities based on their ability to draw in tourists, investors, and businesses from around the globe.
Rankings are based on evaluations of the economy, R&D, cultural engagement, livability, environment, and accessibility.
According to the report, 100% of respondents expressed satisfaction with Dubai's cleanliness, ranking it higher than 47 other cities worldwide.
The Dubai Municipality noted that the diligent efforts of municipal employees are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness record in a post on X, formerly Twitter.
Over 3,200 cleaning engineers and supervisors play a crucial role in the city's cleaning efforts, which include the daily deployment of 855 vehicles and cleaning equipment.
A total of 1,419 square kilometers of investment zones, 33.4 km of water canals and creeks, and more than 2,400 km of major roads and highways are maintained daily.
