The Hatta Farming Festival, returning for its second year, features some of the top agricultural talent in the United Arab Emirates. The free festival, which takes place at Leem Lake from Saturday, January 19, to Wednesday, January 22, aims to raise awareness of the amazing farming efforts taking place around the nation as part of the Hatta Winter Festival.
Featuring 25 Emirati farmers and regional businesses, you may view goods from multiple Hatta farms, take part in a class or two, and even have a conversation with local farming professionals. The lessons will involve working with some of Dubai's local food, including fruit and vegetable carving, pottery and tote bag painting, and pedal-powered smoothie stations.
On the evening of Monday, January 20, there will be a light show, mascot performances, and Liwa bands for a little amusement.
Additionally, it will provide an opportunity for some of the top farmers in the region to receive honors for their efforts over the past 12 months.
A mobile public health service will also be available to assist participating farm owners with antibody detection and veterinary consultations.
