An "adrenaline zone" will be located in the clouds of the soon-to-be second-tallest structure in the world. With plans to house everything from the highest hotel room in the world to a nightclub in the sky, the Burj Azizi is now one of Dubai's most eagerly awaited significant projects. When it's finished, it will shatter a lot of records.
The height and several features that would delight the city were just recently disclosed by the developers, who first mentioned the project earlier in 2024. A variety of facilities, including wellness centers, swimming pools, saunas, movie theaters, minimarkets, resident lounges, a kids' play area, and more, will also be available at Burj Azizi.
The Burj Azizi will have a seven-story vertical mall, a beach club, and an opulent ballroom.
Regarding additional records, the developers claim that level 11 will have the world's highest hotel lobby, level 130 will have the highest observation deck, level 122 will have Dubai's highest restaurant, and level 118 would have the highest hotel room.
A wide variety of upscale food and beverage alternatives may be anticipated.
