For a limited time, British Airways will operate eight daily Airbus A380 flights from Heathrow to DXB. Between Sunday, October 29 and Monday, November 13, BA will fly twice daily from London to Dubai on its double-decker Airbus A380s. It will be the first time the airline has operated two daily flights to Dubai using the wide-body, four-engine planes that were originally deployed to the UAE in 2019.
According to Simplyflying.com, the second daily A380 flight will depart from England at 8.40pm (local time) and return from Dubai at 10am (local time). A380s are the world's biggest commercial passenger aircraft, with an upper deck that runs the whole length of the main body. All British Airways A380s feature 469 seats divided into four classes: First, Club World, World Traveller Plus, and World Traveller.
There are only 14 first-class seats, 97 Club World (business) seats, 55 World Traveller Plus (premium economy) seats, and 303 World Traveller (economy) seats. Despite having about 50% more floor area and 60% more headroom than the Boeing 747-400, the aeroplane emits less pollution per passenger.
