Every year on July 4th, the American community in Dubai gathers to celebrate Independence DayThis year, it falls on Tuesday, therefore our celebrations will take place on July 8, Saturday," Dubai resident Mark Vicente from New York remarked.
Vicente, who was important in the formation of the community orgaorganizationerican Expats in Dubai (AED),' said the group's members will assemble at Publique, Souk Madinat Jumeirah, for an evening of Independence Day festivities.
