A new system to track vehicles in Ras Al Khaimah; tracker would be utilised on automobiles that needed security protection

NewsA significant road safety initiative that was unveiled on Tuesday will use a new technology to identify specific automobiles in Ras Al Khaimah. The commander-in-chief of the Ras Al Khaimah Police, Maj-Gen Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, stated that the "vehicle tracking system" will help fight crime in the emirate.
According to Maj-Gen Al Nuaimi, the tracker would be utilised on automobiles that needed security protection, and the service would be accessible online.
The Public Resources Authority worked with the Vehicles and Drivers Licencing Department to oversee the project's debut. Utilising cutting-edge technology, this project will be a "distinctive addition" to the security initiatives of the Ras Al Khaimah Police, according to Brig-Gen Dr. Muhammad Abdul Rahman Al-Ahmad, head of the department's Electronic Services and Communications division.
