New-look Emirates Boeing 777 aircraft will fly to two new GCC destinations

Emirates Boeing 777 aircraft will fly to two new GCC locations. It will depart for Kuwait on October 27, and arrive in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, on November 22.

Prior announcements for the redesigned aircraft included routes to Miami connected to Bogotá and Newark via Athens, and flights to Chicago, Boston, Dallas Fort Worth, and Seattle.

There will be three weekly flights from Dubai to Chicago from November 1, and daily flights starting from November 22.

Beginning on December 18, the updated aircraft will depart for Massachusetts three times every week. It will be deployed three times a week for Dallas-Fort Worth starting on January 9, and then daily starting on January 15.

Additionally, the last direct route will launch on Friday, January 24 and provide four cabin classes, including premium economy.

While the Miami/Bogotá service will begin operating four times a week on February 19, and transition to a daily schedule on March 1, the Newark/Athens route will operate daily starting from February 10.

Geneva was the first location to provide business class and premium economy seats on all flights from September 22.

Emirates started flying its recently manufactured aircraft to Riyadh and Zurich on October 1.

The airline began operating its second modified B777 to Brussels six times a week on October 9.

With cream leather seats and wood panel finishes throughout, the new premium economy cabin has 24 seats arranged in three rows, 2-4-2 abreast. The seats include 6-way adjustable headrests and can recline up to 8 inches.

There are 38 seats in business class, arranged in a 1-2-1 configuration. Each seat has a comfortable headrest, a personal minibar, a table for working and eating, charging ports, and other amenities.

The 256 seats in the new economy class cabin have a colour scheme of muted blues and greys. The flexible side panels of the ergonomically designed chairs may be adjusted vertically for optimal support, and the headrests are fully covered in leather.
