International Conference on Policymaking: The Future of Ports is scheduled to commence on November 19 at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai

Immigration officials from around the world discuss current concerns at the upcoming "International Conference on Policymaking: The Future of Ports" in Dubai, including regulations, the use of Big Data, and data exchange between nations.
Tuesday's media briefing featured remarks from Brigadier Khalaf Al Ghaith, Assistant Director General of the follow-up sector of violators and foreigners in GDRFA-Dubai, Major General Obaid Muhair bin Suroor, Deputy Director General of GDRFA, Major General Talal Ahmed Al Shangeti, Assistant General Director of the Airport Passport Affairs Sector, and Assistant Director General Major General Dr Ali Al Zaabi.
In addition to important international concerns relating to immigration and residence, the event will also cover how to build proactive policies to successfully traverse upcoming obstacles, highlighting standards relevant to both the UAE and the larger Middle East region.
