Emirates airline recently launched Emirates Crew Zone, a Dhs3 million dedicated area for cabin crew to relax in Dubai. Staff will have access to a beauty and wellness center, an interactive lounge, and numerous other services within the facility, which will be available around-the-clock.
The space spread across seven zones on the ground level of the Emirates Group Headquarters in Garhoud, can hold up to 200 crew members at once. The area serves as a welcome area for the staff to gather their paperwork and electronics, consult at the beauty hub, and have a snack and coffee.
The Emirates Crew Zone has seven designated zones to assist cabin crew staff during their downtime in between flights. The first is the Emirates Crew Engagement Zone, which gives staff members access to all of the airline's latest initiatives and product launches, offers training and in-person workshops, and enables them to use the Emirates One Device Hub at the facility to better understand the iPhone or iPad Air that they were given upon hiring.
The Facilities Distribution Service area is a one-stop location for dropping off and picking up documents. You can pick up new equipment, regulatory documentation, and visas here.
Originally introduced in 2023, the Beauty Hub is currently located in the Emirates Crew Zone. Five days a week, it offers cabin crew products and an internal team of advisers. Crew members can schedule individualized consultations here to learn about skincare, haircare, fitness, nutrition, and makeup application.
Employees can book their own flights and print any necessary documents for their upcoming trip in a computer zone with comfortable workstations and high-speed internet.
The last category is Crew Connect Services, which offers cabin crew operational support and a round-the-clock way for them to submit any queries or requests.
