This indicates that Dubai and the United Arab Emirates continue to be highly attractive to foreign professionals and billionaires.
There were 3.914 million people living in Dubai at the end of the first quarter of 2025.
The regional financial center's population is predicted to hit the 4 million milestone in the third quarter of this year if it keeps growing at its current rate.
