When Yara emerged victorious from the Lebanese music competition "Kass el-Nojoum" in 1998, she began to make ripples in the music business.
Since then, the gifted Arab muso's career took off after her debut song, Hob Kabeer, was released in 2005. After that, she dropped her debut album Twasa Fia, which shot her to stardom.
She became the first Arab musician to reach 200 million views on YouTube with her song Ma Baaref.
