The Spartan Race is one of the hardest, most difficult, and most rewarding races you can participate in. The Dawn 'til Dusk obstacle course racing event will be held at the arena located within the opulent Bab Al Shams desert resort, on Saturday, April 19.
Racers will be put to the ultimate test when the resort is transformed into a spectacular stadium reminiscent of the Colosseum, situated in a desert setting.
The 5km Sprint and the 10km Super are the two race formats that past Spartan Racers will be accustomed to.
The two races will feature a number of enjoyable yet difficult courses that will test your boundaries and awaken your inner kid.
The 5km sprint includes obstacles including a wall climb, a leap over fire, and a cage climb and barbed wire crawl.
Attendees can expect a full-day experience in the desert in addition to the adrenaline-pumping obstacles with entertainment, recovery zones and food and beverage options from leading brands.
On the official website, tickets are already available for purchase. The Sprint race costs Dhs295 and the Super race costs Dhs365.
Additionally, three kid-friendly races will be offered, with options spanning 1 km, 1.5 km, and 3 km. Admission to the children's race is Dhs 110.
With Obstacle Course Racing recently added to the Modern Pentathlon in preparation for the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, there has never been a better moment to begin training.
