Bubble Run returns to Dubai, and it seems to be a fun event that the whole family (including young children) is welcome to. On Saturday, January 20, participants in the marathon will sprint along Al Wasl Avenue in Expo City while drenched in suds. Depending on your age and degree of fitness, you may select between two routes: one will take you down a 4 km course, while the other is 8 kilometres.
The races will take place in waves, starting at 4 p.m. and lasting for 10 minutes each. A racing T-shirt is included in the registration fee, which is open until midnight on Friday, January 19.
There are kid-friendly activities after the non-competitive run (no clocks are used), and a DJ keeps everyone moving.
Adult tickets on the 4-mile tour cost Dhs195, while children aged 5 to 17 pay Dhs95 and children under 4 pay Dhs 45. The cost of the 8km course is Dhs45 for children under four, Dhs115 for children between the ages of five and seventeen, and Dhs215 for adults.
