Abu Dhabi-based G42 announced the merger of three entities G42 Cloud, Inception, and Injazat to create a technology giant Core42

The newly formed company will focus on the delivery of national-scale enterprise artificial intelligence solutions and services. Technology group G42, located in Abu Dhabi, said on Monday that it has merged G42 Cloud, Inception, and Injazat to become Core42, a massive technology company. The newly established business will concentrate on providing enterprise artificial intelligence services and solutions on a national level. Additionally, it will offer a comprehensive platform fit to carry out the UAE's objective for digital transformation and spearhead the export of ICT innovation to foreign businesses and governments. Group Chief Technology Officer of G42 Kiril Evtimov will serve as the company's leader.

Top-tier technology, innovation, and services—such as high-performance computing infrastructure, AI cloud, and scalable cloud solutions—will be combined to establish the new organisation, which will primarily serve the public sector and regulated sectors.

Additionally, it will concentrate on allowing generative AI for enterprise use cases in a variety of industries, including government agencies, and cybersecurity services to shield businesses from hacking and data breaches.
