This year, Art Dubai 2024, in its 17th year, will feature over 120 presentations from over 60 cities and 40 countries. It will take place from Friday, March 1 to Sunday, March 3. These presentations can be categorised into one of four areas: Art Dubai Modern, Art Dubai Digital, Bawwaba (created for Art Dubai or during the last year), and Contemporary. Well-known artists will unveil some of their work and new commissions will be on display.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, is the patron of Art Dubai. Events and exhibitions will take place in over fifty institutions, galleries, and independent art venues around the United Arab Emirates.
Madinat Jumeirah will host the event from Friday, March 1 to Sunday, March 3.
Under the direction of Indian artist Sahil Naik, the A.R.M. Holding Children's Programme will feature discussions and exercises on the subject, "How do younger generations imagine future cities and what they will comprise?"

HUNA Cultural Programme & Sculpture Park Launch:
A year-round HUNA Cultural Programme was introduced in November 2023 by HUNA and Art Dubai. The program's goal is to turn living areas into vibrant community centres that hold thought-provoking conversations and speeches by well-known speakers.
Dubai Collection:
Dubai Collection is a collection of modern and contemporary art.
Art Dubai Commissions:
This exhibition, organised by Emiliano Valdes, will feature performances and activations centred around the topic "Sanación/Healing," with an emphasis on reflection, spirituality, community, and the ability of art to support us through difficult times and take a stand for embracing togetherness.
Piaget House of Gold & Shamsa Alabbar & Razan Alazzouni:
Gold will play a major role in Piaget's show, The House of Gold. There will be upscale jewels and timepieces on exhibit, along with private collections. Additionally, an Emirati designer named Shamsa Alabbar will introduce a limited-edition version of the Limelight Gala watch.
Julius Baer & Krista Kim:
Heart Space, a digital artwork by modern artist Krista Kim, will be shown by Swiss Wealth Management Group Julius Baer. This installation promotes the idea of "oneness" by visualising each visitor's heart rate and projecting it into a dynamic LED canvas.
Clinique La Prairie & Sara Naim:
This year, Clinique La Prairie is bringing its Longevity Lounge back to the exhibition. For the Lounge, Clinique La Prairie will commission a brand-new piece of art. Sara Naim, a multidisciplinary artist from Syria, has been selected to produce a monumental sculpture.
Ruinart & Pascale Marthine Tayou & Marcus Coates:
As part of Ruinart Carte Blanche 2024, a project designed to challenge artists' relationship with the living world and start a dialogue with nature in the Champagne area, Ruinart will introduce Conversations with Nature during the fair.
BMW & Asma Belhamar:
The BMW i7 will be the focal point of an artwork designed by Emirati artist Asma Belhamar for BMW's display.

Digital Summit:
Leaders in the worldwide and local art industries will convene at Art Dubai for a new Digital Summit to talk about the growing digital art landscape and Dubai's role in it. The schedule will include breakout sessions, lectures, and public speaking.
Global Art Forum:
The Whether or Not Global Art Forum at Art Dubai will examine the activities, technologies, sciences, and cultures associated with extreme weather and climate change. Artistic directors, architects, scholars, curators, and intellectuals will be present at the two-day summit, which gets underway on Thursday, February 29 and is hosted by Commissioner Shumon Basar and Curator Nadine El-Khoury.
The Art Business Conference Dubai:
With an emphasis on cutting-edge technologies and their effects on collections management as well as the market for contemporary digital art, Web3, AI, and blockchain will be the main topics of discussion when the conference returns to Art Dubai.
Art Dubai Modern Talks:
The influence of Soviet education and exhibits on artists from the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa will be the main topic of discussion in these sessions.
Art Dubai Collector Talks:
Leading figures from the international art world, such as Sunil Munjal, Mohammed Afkhami, Nisreen Bajis, and Hiba S. Nesr, will be included in these. Together, they will examine how the field of art collecting is changing, how patrons contribute to the development and maintenance of vibrant art ecosystems, and discuss issues like cultural legacy, identity, and representation.
