14th edition of the Beat Diabetes walk on February 18 in Dubai; registrations open

Join the 14th "Beat Diabetes" walk in Dubai on Sunday, February 18, to help raise awareness of one of the most common illnesses in the country and start your journey towards a healthy future. With over a million UAE residents afflicted by diabetes, communities are called upon to come together to tackle one of the most common illnesses in the nation.

Registrations are already being accepted for the yearly walk, which will take place at Za'abeel Park on February 18 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The business, public, and nonprofit sectors are working together to organise the event. In addition to exciting family-friendly educational activities, this year's event will include a brand-new kids' zone, encouraging attendees to "Step Into a Healthier Tomorrow" by leading an active lifestyle. Everyone is welcome to participate in our yearly community outreach programme.

The importance of leading an active and healthy lifestyle is emphasised in the 14th edition of the "Beat Diabetes" Walk 2024, which calls on everyone to "Step Into a Healthier Tomorrow." There will be an optional 2-kilometer walk starting at 8 a.m., and then there will be a full day of family fun, sports, and education until 1 a.m. Leading retail and hotel group in the area, The Landmark Group, is leading the Beat Diabetes walk.
