Zemskiy Groups Market Island Dubai, will be opening at Dubai Festival City Mall in 2024

The Market Island Dubai, a food court, will be opening in Dubai Festival City Mall by early 2024. The Zemskiy Group's ambitious worldwide project will be the largest food hall in the Middle East, measuring 6,300 square metres and containing 50 concepts, restaurants, lounges, and bar zones. This food court will have the ambiance of a fine dining establishment with reasonably priced meals prepared in an open kitchen. 

Here, local businesses will sell some of Dubai's most renowned meals with fresh competitors. The area will be properly segregated between drinking and nondrinking zones, to ensure that everyone feels comfortable while visiting. Live performances will also include DJ sets and live musicians.

Market Island Dubai is the perfect place for a family excursion because it is located in one of the biggest retail malls in the city. Picky eaters will be catered for by the food hall idea because there will be something for every taste. It is ideally close to three hotels, a bus stop, the calm Dubai Creek, and Dubai International Airport. You may also see the IMAGINE laser display in the mall after dark.

Only a small investment is needed to join as a vendor at the food hall.  The food hall will also have a separate delivery area, allowing vendors the chance to expand their reach across Dubai. Also, they can reserve a space measuring 25 metres squared, plus they are free to utilise the full sitting area. The costs for cleaning and staff responsible for delivering food to the table are covered by the food hall, which also reduces vendor costs. Vendors may extend their reach across Dubai due to the food hall's distinct delivery section being made available.
