Vehicle fines can be only paid digitally through the RTA website or smart application from May 26

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) said on X that as of May 26, car penalties cannot be paid through customer satisfaction centers or service provider centers. According to the authorities, customers can pay the fines digitally in a few easy steps. The RTA website or smart application can be used for this. RTA had already updated its official app, providing consumers with a more straightforward and user-friendly method of using its services.

Residents can now use the redesigned app to conveniently pay their fines without any hassles. With the app upgrade, Salik online payments, voucher top-up, and Nol top-up are also added, further enhancing the convenience of transactions. The iOS and Android operating systems now provide the updated RTA application for download.
