NewsA scheme to develop and empower 1,000 gifted students in a variety of professions was introduced by the UAE on Thursday. Every government school will become a community center after school hours as part of the "Freejna School project," which teaches science, literature, culture, sports, and the arts to pupils.
Three phases will comprise the project's implementation. In certain government schools, the first trial phase will kickstart community activities. The programs' effect on students will be assessed in the second phase. In the third phase, the project will be expanded to include all public schools across the nation.
Mubarak Al Hammadi, Acting Head of the Extracurricular Activities Department at the Emirates School Education Foundation, emphasized the importance of this initiative for future governmental education by saying: "The Freejna School project will include a wide range of activities and programs, such as sports, culture, science, literature, and art. It will also include a number of community-focused programs, such as "Al Sanaa," which attempts to help Emirati kids improve their social skills."
