The rates for petrol and diesel in the UAE have been released for the month of June 2023. The following new rates will be in effect as of June 1.
• Super 98 petrol will cost Dh2.95 a litre.
• Special 95 petrol will cost Dh2.84 per litre.
• E-Plus 91 petrol will cost Dh2.76 a litre.
• Diesel will be charged at Dh2.68 a litre.
The revised rates, which see retail prices for petrol reduced by 21 fils per litre and those for diesel reduced by 23 fils, will be welcomed by the locals.
After two months of hikes, the gasoline pricing committee somewhat decreased the rates by 8 fils per litre last month.
