UAE first among Arab nations in road quality, port services; ranks among the highest globally

According to the Travel and Tourism Development Index 2024 report released by the World Economic Forum, the United Arab Emirates ranked fifth globally and first among Arab nations in terms of road quality, ninth globally and first among Arab nations in terms of the efficiency of port services, and tenth globally and second among Arab nations in terms of the efficiency of public transport services. 

The Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei, emphasized that these outcomes are a credit to the astute leadership's forward-thinking vision and that they demonstrate the sustainability of the UAE's long-term strategic objectives, which offer plenty of room for expansion.
