UAE continues to be the top climber on the Henley Passport Index during the last ten years

After adding an astounding 106 locations to its visa-free score since 2014, the United Arab Emirates continues to be the top climber on the Henley Passport Index during the last ten years. The UAE has jumped up 44 spots in the rankings, from 55th to 11th, as a consequence.

Currently, 183 countries allow nationals of the UAE to travel without a visa. Along with the UAE, China and Ukraine are among the top five nations whose rankings have improved the most over the last ten years (a net total gain of 21 places apiece), and both have moved up two spots in the last year alone.

Based on a record number of locations that are visa-free, six countries now hold the top rank on the 2024 Henley Passport Index. depending on official and exclusive data from IATA, the index rates all passports in the world depending on how many places its holders may visit without a previous visa.

The most potent passports in the world are now held by France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Singapore, in addition to Japan and Singapore. 194 out of 227 worldwide places are visa-free for their nationals to visit.
