UAE achieves a historic milestone with the non-oil foreign trade of goods and services soaring to an unprecedented high

With the non-oil foreign trade of products and services reaching an all-time high of Dh3.5 trillion in 2023, the UAE has accomplished a historic milestone. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai emphasised that every morning in the UAE brings forth new achievements.

"We are thrilled to announce the completion of our non-oil international trade of products and services, which will surge to a historic high of Dh3.5 trillion in 2023. Today marks a huge milestone,” tweeted Sheikh Mohammed.

“This achievement is a testament to our resilience amid the global downturn in international trade, as reported by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development,” the Vice President added.

He continued by saying that although the UAE had predicted a record-breaking economic year at the start of 2023, the nation has surpassed expectations.
