The Spartan Race exercises will take place in January and will include two free sessions across Dubai. The classes are part of the buildup to the official Dubai Spartan Race Trifecta race on Saturday, January 25 and Sunday, January 26, and you can attend them whether or not you have registered for the main event. The two classes will not cost you a single dirham. Each session lasts an hour and includes Spartan-style obstacles such as burpees and hang-bars, so expect to sweat.
The inaugural event, hosted by personal trainers and Spartan ambassadors, will be held on Saturday, January 11, at Move at FIVE, located inside FIVE Jumeirah Village. Starting at 11 a.m., you'll need to act quickly if you want to sign up, as there are only 30 spots available for the session.
