Twin towers of the One Za’abeel have been declared the longest cantilevered building in the world

The two towers of One Za'abeel are now officially recognized as the longest cantilevered skyscraper in the world because of The Link's construction,

Any rigid structure that spans an empty space and is fixed at one end is called a cantilevered building. An enclosed horizontal bridge hanging 100 meters above the ground linked The Tower with The Residences, designed by Japanese architect Nikken Sekkei.

The cantilever and The Link enable the two skyscrapers, which were constructed on separate lots and divided by a roadway, to be connected.

Furthermore, The Link is large enough to accommodate eight outstanding new eateries in the city.

The 230-meter-long The Link is not recognized as the cantilever connecting the two structures in its entirety. The Arabian Gulf is visible from the cantilever's northwest position.

The One Za'abeel presently holds the records for the longest architectural projection-mapped display, the largest architectural projection-mapped display (temporary), and the largest mesh screen of a building (many screens).

In February of this year, a single 3D light projection display shattered all three records.
