Free shuttle service is available to a number of well-known locations in Dubai. It is cost-free to get to a mall, airport, or other popular destinations. Commuters can take advantage of these shuttles at no cost and travel across Dubai to their favourite locations.
Dubai International Airport:
A shuttle service is available between the two main UAE airports, a free long ride that commuters can utilise, from Dubai International Airport to Abu Dhabi International Airport.
Pick-up is from Dubai International Airport, Arrivals Level, last lane opposite Exit 3 and when returning to Dubai, the drop-off is Dubai International Airport, Terminal 3, Departure Level, Check-in area C.
Airport shuttles need to be booked 24 hours in advance and a valid flight ticket needs to be presented before you board. Reservations for airport shuttles must be made 24 hours in advance, and you must show a valid ticket before boarding.

Mall of Emirates:
Free shuttle buses run between the hotels in Dubai and the Mall of the Emirates. There are several routes that buses travel, including as Sheikh Zayed Road, Barsha Heights, Jumeirah Beach Residence, and Palm Jumeirah.

The Beach by Jumeirah Beach Residences:
the free shuttle to and from The Beach, JBR runs to and from various hotels, with a Barsha Heights and an Al Barsha Route.

Dubai Festival Plaza:
There is a free shuttle service between The Gardens Metro Station, Energy Metro Station, St. Francis Church, and The Hindu Temple to and from Dubai Festival Plaza. Shuttles also run from the mall to these locations. Commuters have to take note of timings as the frequency varies.

City Walk:
A complimentary shuttle can be availed to City Walk available from The Dubai Mall Metro Station (near Tesla), every 30 minutes from 8 am to 7 pm.
The shuttle from City Walk (opposite Urth Café) to Dubai Mall runs every 30 minutes from 8.30am to 7.30pm. The bus schedule is available here.
8 am - noon and 2 pm - 7 pm (shuttle to City Walk from The Dubai Mall Metro Station),
8.30 am - 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm -7.30 pm (shuttle to The Dubai Mall Metro Station from City Walk).
Dubai Hills Mall:
There is a complimentary shuttle service that travels between JBR, Al Barsha, Sheikh Zayed Road, and The Palm Jumeirah.
