Tourists in the UAE on a 30 or 60 days visit visa can extend their stay within the country by another 30 days

Visitors in the UAE with a 30 or 60-day visit visa may extend their stay by an additional 30 days. Visitors now have an extra 30 days to explore and take advantage of everything the nation offers according to a decision made by the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA) and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).

Since October of last year, the UAE has made a number of adjustments to its visa policies, making it one of the ICP's (Immigration and Citizenship Programme) major improvements to the residence and entrance permit systems. Since then, the nation's visit visa system has undergone a number of changes.

According to the ICA website, people with visit visas valid for 30 or 60 days can now extend their stay by an additional 30 days, up to 120 days.
