Tickets are on sale for those who wish to watch New Year's Eve fireworks show of the Burj Khalifa at Burj Park

Tickets will now be required for locals and guests planning to see the iconic Burj Khalifa fireworks display at Burj Park on New Year's Eve. The company that oversees the New Year's celebration at the tallest tower in the world, Emaar Properties, said that "while Emaar's New Year's Eve celebration remains free for everyone to enjoy, a unique ticketed viewing experience is introduced at Burj Park in a front-row-seat experience of the Burj Khalifa's world-famous show."

The adult ticket is priced at Dh300, and children between the ages of five and twelve can enter for Dh150. Youngsters under five go in free.

Platinumlist will begin selling tickets on November 10. On December 26–30, from 2 pm to 10 pm, ticket holders for the unique Emaar NYE at the Burj Park viewing area can pick up their badges from the Dubai Mall, Dubai Hills Mall, and Dubai Marina Mall. Obtaining a badge is necessary to enter Burj Park and get access to certain locations.

One meal from the designated food booths and two beverages are included with every ticket. The park will also feature a range of food trucks, vendors, live acts, and other features. Burj Park's doors will open at 4 p.m.

With a ticket, you can expect unobstructed views of the New Year's Eve event together with live entertainment, cuisine, and specially selected beverages.

On December 31, thousands of people begin to converge to Burj Park in the afternoon to claim spots for the midnight performance.
