The worlds first drone airline- Dronamics and courier service- Amramex has announced drone delivery flights by 2024

Given that Dronamics, the world's first drone airline, and courier firm Amramex have launched drone delivery flights, it is anticipated that by 2024 there will be more drones in the skies and fewer delivery vehicles on the road.

The drone is reportedly going to include dedicated networking, navigation systems, and a number of safety features like collision avoidance and a parachute.

Dronamics' remotely piloted Black Swan aircraft is expected to have a 60% lower carbon dioxide emissions freight compared to regular transport services, making it a more environmentally friendly option. Reports point out that the service will be 50% less expensive and up to 80% quicker.

As the aircraft just needs 400 metres to land and take off, drone deliveries can be beneficial to those who live in distant locations.

The first drone delivery of pharmaceutical study was conducted at Dubai Silicon Oasis in May, with great results. The drone, equipped with a Barq Air mobility system, was used by the Fakeeh University Hospital in Abu Dhabi.
