The ministry emphasised that the UAE gives special consideration to employees and has released several integrated rules and resolutions covering all elements of upholding their rights and modernising the laws and regulations supporting them.
The programme serves workers in both the public and commercial sectors and offers a low-cost safety net for jobs that helps employees' career paths and financial security in the UAE. It also intends to increase the competitiveness of the labour market by implementing novel procedures without raising employment expenses for companies.
According to the government, the unemployment insurance programme is one of the most notable Emirati regulations that ensure the preservation of employees' rights.
It also strives to provide workers with the best care and safety while enticing and promoting qualified Emirati individuals and international talent.
