The Inclusion Summit 2023 is trying to break a Guinness World Record for the most pledges received for gender equality in the workplace campaign in 24 hours

Reaching the title of "the most pledges received for gender equality in the workplace campaign in 24 hours" is the goal of the Inclusion Summit 2023. The goal of the two-day event, which begins on November 9 at the Abu Dhabi Energy Centre, is to make history by trying to get 5,000 commitments for gender equality within a 24-hour period. The inaugural Inclusion Summit session will offer a new forum for ministers, policymakers, board directors, C-suite executives, senior decision-makers, doers, and young people to convene and steer the discourse on a high-performance and inclusive culture.

During this two-day hybrid event, attendees—both in-person and virtual—will have unparalleled chances to network with other influential people and decision-makers, as well as to examine, discuss, and debate contemporary diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and the significance of incorporating inclusion into business and UAE strategies.
