The 2nd edition of Women Running Race will take place from 30th Sept. to 11th Nov. 2023

The second edition of the "Women Running Race" will be held from September 30 to November 11 in 2023 in some of Dubai's most renowned and illustrious tourist attractions, according to the Dubai Sports Council (DSC). There will be four different stages in total. There will be three alternative distances for participants to compete in the event: 2.5 km, 5 km, and 10 km.

Each participant will get an original medal made up of 4 different medals. The emblem of the region where each individual stage of the Race will take place may be found on each of these unique medals. The four individual medals will be combined into one large medal, displaying the name of Dubai and images from each of the four locations, once the different Race phases have been finished.

The four zones, where the different Race stages will take place, are all regarded as unique tourism and sporting locations that families prefer.

Female competitors in the 10 km Run are divided into five age groups: 12 to 17 years old; 18 to 39 years old; 40 to 49 years old; 50 to 59 years old; and 60 to 99 years old. There are two age groups for participants in the 5 km run: (12 to 17 years old) and (18 to 99 years old).

Participants in the 2.5 km Run are divided into four age groups: 5 to 9 years old; 10 to 14 years old; 15 to 17 years old; and 18 to 99 years old.

At EXPO City, the first stage is slated for Saturday, September 30, 2023. This stage's Run will begin at 6:00 am and last till 8:00 am. The Hopa Sports website allows you to finish the registration process.

The second stage is slated on Sunday, October 8, 2023, from 6:00 am to 8:00 am in Al-Shindagha Historical District. Using their website, complete the registration processes.

The third stage will be place on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at the Dubai Frame at Zaabeel Park from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Through the Hopa Sports website, registration may be finished.

The fourth stage will be held on November 11, 2023, on the Love Lakes in the Al-Marmoom Natural Reserve, and registration will be handled through the Hopa Sports website.

Participants who are female will take part in a special challenge and have fun.  They will go through Dubai's stunning and alluring tourist areas. The event is essential for fostering local sport and supporting the domestic sports tourism industry.

DSC will take all necessary steps to guarantee the security of every participant and certify the event's effective organisation. Women Running Race is a component of DSC's plan to strengthen women's roles in society and promote their participation in sports and physical activity. This race also seeks to encourage women to embrace a culture of physical activity, since sport is a great source of enjoyment and good energy, and to live healthy, active lives.

Women of all ages and nationalities participate in the DSC-organized women's sporting activities and tournaments, which are held in complete privacy in accordance with UAE customs and traditions.
