The Sri Lankan Embassy in the United Arab Emirates is hosting a culinary festival on December 2-3, in Zabeel Park in Dubai. According to a statement from the mission, the event would serve real Sri Lankan food.
In order to provide the UAE's multicultural populace a taste of the renowned Sri Lankan cuisine, top food vendors and hotels will serve up authentic fare. The island nation's food, which consists of rich and frequently colourful mixes of spices, herbs, rice, fish, and coconut, is known for its spicy and fragrant cuisine.
