"Smart Detector" is a programme that the Sharjah emirate introduced with the goal of proactively maintaining public facilities and the general beauty of the city. It uses state-of-the-art camera technology to automatically identify and record violations of Sharjah City Municipality laws, such as illegal posters and abandoned cars.
