Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Masjid

Sheikh Zayed Mosque is one of the most recognizable buildings in Ras al-Khaimah, located on the old Al Qawasim Corniche road in the Dafan Al Khor neighborhood.

Sheikh Zayed Mosque is possibly one of the oldest place of worship in the United Arab Emirates, where prayers are still held to this day. The external façade has been restored with plaster, coral stones and beach rocks, but its architecture remains vestiges of the era of Sheikh Saqr bin Rashid Al Qasimi.
