Sharjah shopping festival: Numerous shopping centres and retail stores offer discounts, prizes from Dec 15 to January 20

Held annually by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), the Sharjah Shopping Promotions 2023 will debut with the tagline "Smile for the Promotions, Smile for Shopping" on Friday, December 15, throughout the Emirate of Sharjah. The events, which take place until January 20, 2024, are expected to involve a large number of retail establishments and shopping complexes in Sharjah.

The Shopping Centre Sector Working Group and a number of the emirate's government departments and agencies are collaborating to organise an agenda full of marketing initiatives and entertainment events, which will take place in tandem with the opening celebrations at City Centre Al Zahia.

The occasion will also include sales and significant discounts on a variety of items, commodities, and premium brands. Sharjah Shopping Promotions aim to increase Sharjah's marketing appeal and tourism by organising several events that centre around three key components: shopping, entertainment, and significant profits.

The shopping event provides attendees with a substantial array of valuable gifts and prizes from central markets, shopping centres, and retail stores located all over the Emirates. Additionally, there are sweepstakes and significant discounts on apparel, electronics, kitchenware, outdoor equipment, perfumes, and other products.

In order to enhance the shopping experience for both Sharjah locals and tourists, Sharjah Shopping Promotions this year will include cultural and folklore celebrations in Sahara Centre, City Centre Al Zahia, and Mega Mall. A unique lineup of family-friendly events will also be held in Central Souk, Oasis Mall, and Al Majaz Amphitheatre. Meanwhile, winter celebrations will take place at several of Sharjah's well-known luxury retail malls as well as unusual locations and attractions.
