The Sharjah Municipality has announced the introduction of paid parking in Al Dhaid City, starting January 1, 2025. As per the new regulations, parking fees will apply from Saturday to Thursday, between 8am and 10pm.
Parking will remain free on Fridays, except in designated areas where fees will be enforced throughout the week, including weekends and official holidays.
Blue signboards will be installed across the city to indicate zones where parking fees will apply every day of the week, including weekends and public holidays.
This move is part of the municipality’s broader initiative to enhance urban infrastructure and optimize the use of public spaces.
